Oley E. Rooker Library is located in the southwestern area of Little Rock. The 13,500 square foot building provides books, audiovisual, and electronic materials for children, teens, and adults, as well as public computers, wireless access, programs for all age groups, and a meeting room.
People of the Library
The library was named for Oley Eldon Rooker, an active advocate of the southwest Little Rock community for many years.

The Central Arkansas Library System's (CALS) Hillary Rodham Clinton Children's Library & Learning Center will be closed on Saturday, October 1 to accommodate heavy traffic due to the Arkansas Razorbacks game at War Memorial Stadium.
