Located in downtown Little Rock , on the 4th floor of the Main Library, Literacy Action of Central Arkansas is committed to eradicating illiteracy and assisting immigrants to learn to speak English, or improve their current skills. Literacy Action of Central Arkansas has been in operation since 1986, and provides free training and tutoring for interested tutors and students.
