EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – The Board of Directors of the Central Arkansas Library System (CALS) is seeking a new executive director for the System. Dr. Bobby Roberts, who has led CALS for the past 27 years, has announced that he will retire in early 2016. The new executive director would be expected to assume his or her duties in or about January, 2016.

DELIVERY DRIVER – Central Arkansas Library System – 40 Hours/Week. Deliver books and materials to branch libraries in Little Rock and Pulaski County. Tuesday - Saturday with some flexibility in hours. Arkansas driver’s license with a good driving record required, plus ability to drive standard box truck, and lift up to 50 pounds required. Some experience preferred. Salary from $12/hour plus excellent benefits. Pages are part-time positions, sorting and shelving materials. Must be able to lift 20 lbs. Must be able to reach all shelving with aid of a kick stool. Must have some knowledge of computers. Evening and Saturday hours may be required. Sunday hours may be required for Main and Children's Library. Contact individual location for specifics. $7.50/hr. Open until filled.
